My Main Account got unbanned immedaitley

the other one is still banned : Abuse of Economy (Gold Selling ingame ) but after i contacted the Support Team today, he told me its banned because using 3party programm in background.
They noticed it cuz Scanning my memory

He means that they are able to scan our pc memory and can ip ban us

Blizz can also scan our pc hardware what we using for example Processor and some other stuff

This is the final answer of our customer support:
Your account has been blocked for investigation purposes, due to the use of unauthorized third-party software. This is a violation of our Terms. The situation in this part of the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Battle.net-Nutzungsbestimmungen) under item number 50 088 is on http://eu. blizzard.com / support / article.xml looked up and says:

While running the World of Warcraft client (the client), the client can access memory (RAM) your computer and / or the CPU scan your computer for non-authorized third-party software that is running simultaneously with World of Warcraft. In addition, the client will scan the game installation directory to ensure that only non-hacked original software is used. The only purpose of this scan is to ensure that our players play in a cheat-free environment. The term non-authorized third-party software, as used herein refers to any third party software inclusive of all add-ons or mods in the sole discretion of Blizzard Entertainment

I allow or facilitate cheating;
II allow players to modify the World of Warcraft interface to a way or hack that is not expressly allowed by Blizzard Entertainment, or the
III. Information from within World of Warcraft or degrade intercept, collect or otherwise.

In the event that the client discovers an unauthorized third party software, the client can forward the following information to Blizzard Entertainment

a) Details of the unauthorized third party software;
b) the time and date on which the unauthorized third party software has been discovered;
c) your IP address, and
d) identification numbers of PC components, such as Hard drives, CPU and operating system.

The use of such software or files, is without question very unfair to the regular playing World of Warcraft community and will not be tolerated on our servers.

If he uses something else then Honorbuddy, sure.
HB is undetectable. :-)

So if he got banned for 3rd party software, it's something else.
 
I didnt used any other 3rd party programms , iam only botting sometimes the week
 
1Hour ago the Blizz Supporter told me that they noticed i was using a bot programm the last day's. So he decied to close my Account for further investigation.
 
Then you might have been reported and then watched by a GM.
You're not protected against bot like movement or 24/7 grinds ;)
 
Nah dont missunderstand it , i mean we need a security option , so when a gm spawns near us or whispers us , that the bot auto. log of or anything like that u know ^^ ;D
 
Maybe an option to change th Process Name. I know it has nothing to do with it, but will stop this discussion about scanning the mem and found honorbuddy.exe running.
