Original message what i get on mail:
***Notice of Account Closure***

Account Name: WOW1

Reason for Closure: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy

This account was closed because one or more characters were identified exchanging, or contributing to the exchange of, in-game property (items or gold) for "real-world" currency. This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behaviour is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Impact of Buying Gold - Services - World of Warcraft

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment: Blizzard Legal Documentation. Any recurring subscriptions on this account have been suspended to prevent further monetary charges.

If you believe your account was compromised, please go to the following website https://eu.battle.net/account/support/account-recovery.html. Our support staff will assist you as soon as possible. If you are unable to access your account due to the password being changed, please visit our Login Support site here: https://eu.battle.net/account/support/password-reset.html

For any disputes of this action or further information on Exploitive Activity, please visit the Exploitative Activity FAQ and contact page here: Exploitative Activity in World of Warcraft - Battle.net Support

It's a standard ban message. automated system, nobody never looked your account.

Send an e-mail telling them you never sold gold, you are a legit player, you did not know what they are talking about.

do not mention that you were farming, no need.

they will un-ban you real fast.

seen that many times before.

Yeh, just appeal it, you should get it down to a 72 hour for sure :) Good luck

and a 72 hour is good then?

ffs, you didnt do a thing , isnt that what you are trying to fool them with in the first place.

so , appeal, get a 72 hour, then call them... if you dont, you show em you did something illegal or you
wouldnt accept the 72 hr one.

Yea like the GM's will look at it that closely... If you get a 72h ban. Don't appeal more, they might investigate more leading to worse than 72h... And 72h is usually because they found the bot in your memory interacting with WoW. You can't insist it's not there when they know it is.

Fact 1: You are using bots.
Fact 2: You got banned because of using bots.
Fact 3: You say you should be unbanned because you were not using bots (wich, in fact, you were)
Fact 4: They are mercifull and convert your ban into suspension.
Fact 5: You get greedy and say you are not a bot, and that they should investigate more your account, see that you do not use bots, and not even have your suspension lifted, but also you want the day you were suspended to be refunded.
Fact 6: They investigate further, they confirm you are a bot.
Fact 7: You get perma-ban.

here its original message to ppl what want to know

Greetings XXXXX,

Thanks for your contact.

I have checked into your account suspension and I'm afraid your account was suspended for 72 hours for the use of Third Party Programs.

Third Party Programs are against the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use), the relevant part of which can be found in this article :

Anti-Cheat Policy - Battle.net Support

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may

a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, I can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate.

If you wish to review our current Rules and Policies, they can be found at:
