Thank you for contacting Support! I've had a look into the situation for you. Unfortunately, it appears that in your absence, your Path of Exile account was compromised, and was used in activities which breach our Terms of Service.
I'm very sorry, but due to the nature of these breaches, we are not able to restore the account to you. I'm afraid that if you would like to return to playing Path of Exile, it would need to be using a new account.
However, we are able to free up the email address used for the account, as well as any character or account names on the account. I do apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause you. If you'd like for us to free up anything from the account excluding characters and items, please just let me know.
