One account got a 72hr, and the other account got this

My name is Game Master Sogorme, and I have concluded an investigation of your account and the ban on it. While we regret to take actions of this nature, our End User License Agreement, Acceptable Use Policy, and Terms of Use are in place to keep our games both fun and safe for all of our players. Note that all of the above listed legal documents can be found here: http://blizzard.com/en-us/company/legal/

During this investigation we did find evidence that use of an unauthorized third party program occurred on this account. Unauthorized third party programs include botting or other programs which change the game files.

It is entirely the responsibility of a player to maintain a secure account, and any authorized access can only be treated as the access of the registered user. I did confirm that this account was not compromised at the time of detection.

I double checked your account to make sure any subscription you had on the account was canceled for you. Also note that this ban only affects this World of Warcraft account. If you so wish you may start up another World of Warcraft account on this Battle.net account and it will not be affected by this ban.

I also checked over the banned account for any pre-orders on it. There were no pre-orders to refund on this World of Warcraft account. Note that pre-orders are the only thing we are able to refund on banned accounts. This means we are not able to refund past purchases, nor can we refund used or unused game time that is on the account.

Note that this ban has been investigated and this issue is considered closed. Future contacts about this ban may go unanswered.
