I was banned yesterday on WoW for using a third party game helper.... I was curious what the safest way to use this is so that wont happen again.... I love Honor Buddy and I would like to keep using it.

Don't BG or Arena. It's safer but not guaranteed. Plus you didn't say what you were doing that got you banned.

I wouldn't use HB to interrupt in Arena's, Rated BG's, and I wouldn't use Dungeonbuddy.

I was using it with BG's, thanks for the help. I also was wondering if time logged in matters or not?

Yes, it's ruined mid-high ranked RBG's and Arena's.
