I botted about 6-8 hours a day using mainly Gathebuddy2 (private profile) and AH-Bot to sell them..
seems like gatherbuddy2 is really detected know.. by looking at the ban section ^^

You probably don't want to hear this but GB2 ain't really "detectable" in general. You WERE careless and I don't mean like others. At times like these if you are using the same profile over and over for long time (over 5 times/cycles in a row) it's easly detectable. Check my other posts or the article on ban section and you might get a better idea of what Im talking about. Even if your profiles were private / self-made if you overuse them (overusing is on hardcore low limit atm) you will get busted.

If anything you should be thankful they didn't ban you earlier.

Yeah I'll send a appeal now, hope for good answers..
And take a break, and I wont use the bot more than 2 hours a day.
And I will create more profiles, that why i can cycle more.

Actually, even people who don't post Auctions and use the bot for 4 hours at a time max are getting banned now, so yes, there is something about Gatherbuddy's behavior that allows Blizzard to target it and detect its users. While the bot itself is still undetectable, its behavior is detectable through statistical analysis over time. Right now it appears that the safe window for using Gatherbuddy is about 1 hour max, and after this they will have enough data to drop the banhammer on you.

Dumb ppl will always get banned even if you bot for 15min. If you don't understand the mechanics on how they ban ppl then just stop botting it's useless for you.
