~3-5h in average,sometimes i have it running for 8h,sometimes just for 1-2h

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
~50%,i was using it when i was doing something on pc and have WoW on backround and i alot chat in guildchat so i was atleast reading chat

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
i was selling alot of glyphs which can make about 300 auctions and herbs/ores which i farmed

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
no

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? yes on another realm though

Still dont get email and i dont even know if i get perma or 72h.

300 auctions on same toon? That?s insane man. Check you spam folder or refresh mail, they always send the mail at same time of the suspension

300 with only glyphs and i maked 3 pieces of 100 most profitable glyphs on my insc alt,but i was doing this since cata and never had problems. And also already got email:

 Thanks for your ticket! Sorry it took so long on this occasion.
 
 I've looked into this for you - as this is the first time you received an account closure for using third-party software (botting), I've reduced it to a 72 hour suspension.
 
 However, future reptitions of this behaviour will result in your account being permanently closed, so I would strongly  advise that you do not use such software again.
 
 Please also change your password, as you are responsible for actions taken on your account, so it's better that no-one but you may access it.
