In the Message from Blizzard was the message for banning
After a Ticket that i Not bot and never use bots only quest helper like zygor came this answer:
I Think: I was a small ashole against other players, steal questmobs and do other thinks what are not really player friendly (it's only a game). So i get player Reports because gameplaying. Blizzard scanned me, found the hb on the hd and banned, or see that my mac adress was used for botting earlier and banned
