Banned while using a new account with new bot

Hi everyone. Very sad but I bought for 1 month this tool. 1 day before the new api 0.53. Today I started with a new account. I have the new 1.0.174.0 version of this tool. Within 10 min I seem to have been banned. Very safe settings. ip same as the location near my own living place.
How is this possible? This tool was supposed to be safe?
