Banned/Unbanned within a few hours... please read! (Possible news about "ban wave"?)

The Terms of Use state that you will not "...modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard"

my ban was for botting and it was permanent, so either someone reported me; or, based on this little segment included, i think maybe HB has somehow been scanned or detected?

i've never modified anything in any way, never hacked, never sold gold; so the ban was purely based on "botting" which was probably GatherBuddy detected or reported by someone. (predictably, as it was on 6-10+hrs a day)

can anyone certainly dispel this as myth? could this be expressing any significant implications?

ur are hacking the game by using HB as it hooks into the game to move and do all its magic most likely u got reported or u set off a tripwire sense alot of real ppl arnt gonna really farm for 6 to 10 hours

wondering what to do with my bot since i only can farm/grind just 2 hrs a day to be safest.... i can do more by hand in same 2 hrs

we need to get better HB the Super HB which uses keyboard functions , no injection anymore (and even then will be same cause Blizz banns for pathing/time etc.. )

so , what to do with my bot ?
