Well, I was perma banned today. Two days back I was using Kick's profiles to lvl my toon from 83 to 90, after that I was using BG buddy. With breakes, like normal nerd playing (circa 8 hours through a day), then pause and another BG session over night. Every time, when I was botting during a day, I was babysitting, you know, like watching tv shows or just chatting with friends on guild chat etc. Only nightbotting was without my control. Today sice 10am to 4pm I was using GB2, same profile as everytime with randomization, also chatting with friend ingame. Disconnect and ban.

So I appeal and get this response:

I'm Game Master Xyloramee, I just wanted to say thanks for contacting us today, I'm sorry you've had to wait for a reply but I do hope this message reaches you well!

I've spent some time looking into this for you today and after a careful investigation of your account closure, we have agreed to remove the permanent suspension of your account from the World of Warcraft servers.

This has however been replaced with a final warning and 72 hour suspension for the violation. Please refer to your email for further details regarding this.

I hope this answers all your questions right now!

Well, I bought honorbuddy just 2 weeks ago, so I'm not so happy. But the main question and reason why I'm writing this is, should I bot again in future? Like, idk, after month? Or it isn't "safe" anymore for me?
 
I geared almost all my chars like that. 7/10 were geared using bgbuddy overnight
 
perma banned today and not reversed after using gb2 for about 8 hours a day for the last week.

Just got banned 72h on my fresh dinged dk.

When started farming honor with bgbuddy, like 2 hours after got DC and manual ban by GM

After 2 appeals they explained me, the ban was received after using 3rd party in the battlegrounds.
 
Night botting is bad, player reports would have built up during this time.

A) GB2 has clearly been asking for a ban for the longest time. Sometimes you get away with it, and sometimes you don't. But to ever use it and expect to not get banned is just a joke
B) BGBuddy is almost 100% safe if you take the right precautions. 1) Don't bot at night like Giwin said. It is overflooded with botters and the people actually playing get pissed off and report left and right. Just bot BG durring the day and its fine. Also, if you are a hybrid just bot BGs as heals (even if you are in full dps gear) nobody reports a healer.

it has been a while, since i was banned, idk, almost three weeks maybe.
I'm wondering, if I can give it another try :) I'm not sure if they are tracking people who were banned.
I was reading again the email, which I received as an answer to my appeal and I think, that they didn't find, that I was botting. Or I don't feel it from that text.

if you get banned for the second time, you could get real perma ban.. i had 2 final warnings before they never give back account.

Just be careful, I cant remember which BG it is but all the gates open to start the battle and all the "Bots" can be seen using the portal..its a dead giveaway and makes me nervous just watching it.
