This is the Email i got just after i got banned.
Email says like GM saw me bot.

Anyone gotten back there account after this kind of ban?
Should i even try with appeal?
And what should i write them if there is even a chance to get account back.

You always appeal... but what you say and how you say it is the true question. I'll let others advise on what would give you the best options cause I've never had one suspended/banned yet and would only be working with theory... there are many on here that have been succuessful and some not so much...

BTW - you said you had no plugins enabled... so you didn't have a chat monitor up and running then?

Definitely appeal, what have you got to lose? I hope someone with experience of recovering accounts can give you a couple of pointers.

I think the GM personalized it. Someone might have put in a ticket and the GM was like, "hey he's on... Let's check on him quick."
Very easy to tell if they watch... But hey good luck, I've never had a ban or suspend though.

yea that one is a personal one. I can tell by it that the GM had pleasure on banning you. And i bet you are going to have a hard time to fight this. As you can see, even the GM name is stamped onto the email. Now that is personal.

That's what I've said before... there are things that could be improved to make the bot look more human in it's movement... although a very small percentage of people may actually make 120 degree turns on a dime, most don't. Although some people may actually land on a mine just about every single time, most don't. (and yes, some of very near a ledge, but landing 1-2 ft on any side is not going to drop you 99% of the mines out there) Although it is possible to run on the very edge of a bridge with a 100ft drop, so close to the edge that if you took just one more step, you'd plummet to your death - most don't.... and yet, our bots do all of these consistantly. The more things that are done to make the bots look more human (or less botish), the better for all of us.

Of course we know that being stupid is also a fast way to get reported... grinding in the same area for 16 hours straight will probably get you a report ticket... or several of them. Nothing the HB team does can prevent people from being stupid. I just wish it would be a little harder to spot a bot in action.

I hope the HB dev team is working on their navigation system to look more realistic, although by the simple fact I have no idea have you would code it to navigate the 3D realm in the first place, I hope they can find a way to add button turning, instead of click turns, to it. Flip 180 not by a click to move, but a button pressing system.
This brings about a whole new level of problems, but would be very sexy.
