Thought i'd share what happens when you fight back to get your account reopened. Wonder what triggered their trip-wire system? All bots were on same computer but only a couple got banned then restored, others were left untouched. Moral of the story: need VPN's

2)If so, when was the last time?: Saw the account close on me
3)What profile were you using?: vashj'ir, uldum, twilight, hyjal all public
4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: default
5)What plugins are you using?: Arelog, profile changer
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 24/7
6)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 30%
7)How many auctions per day did you have?: 1000's
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? pirox
9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No
10)EU or US realm? EU

which states that "we must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how
often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors,
the penalty may be moved up the Penalty Volcano, up to and including Account
Closure."
If the previously issued action resulted in the closure of this account, the
account has been reopened and access restored. Should any action be required in
order to regain access to this account, an additional email will be sent from an
@blizzard.com or @battle.net email address with further instructions. If no
additional correspondence is received, you should be able to access this account
using the password that was valid before the account closure.
