Banned/Suspended Help!

Hello!

I had my first account perma banned a couple of weeks ago, so then I bought a new account botted on that and now I got that account 72 hour ban.
My question is how are they detecting me? is there anyway I can prevent it or take precautions or do anything really?
and if there anything that can be done by me or HB about this?

its usually so called "bot police" aka players who are out for blood hunting and reporting bots
bot behavior is detectable by someone who is watching closely
when you reapply a dot right after it was dispelled on a player you dont even have targeted for example
when you apply dot to players at your max range without having them targeted another example
