This exchange process negatively impacts the World of Warcraft game environment by detracting from the value of the in-game economy.
What do I suggest? Don't buy SoR otherwise ..no idea at all...the reason is just pointless as long as I did not even made a trade/sent an ingame mail and the appeal came to the conclusion that I've been banned because of the missmatch between the names but I can bet it detected something else too
