Banned on WoW right after key purchase. Possible to transfer key to a diff. game?

I bought 2 1 year keys for Wow and got banned about a week later. My wife and I are now playing FFXIV and I was wondering if we could transfer the keys to RebornBuddy. Not sure if this is the appropriate place to make this request.
