Is it worth to use a proxy to prevent banning and make it like you got hacked everytime ?

It would work if u like used proxy just once and then if u get banned to appeal that u got hacked but what is the point of running it via proxy for like 2-3+ months and then if u get banned say u got hacked i mean if u didn't notice for like 3 months or so what the hell, on the other hand maybe u could let your wow time expires and after it only log account with proxy and if u get banned maybe u could say like i didn't play for over x amount of months and now i am back and i see i got hacked but dunno if that would work.
There are many variations that comes to my mind but again will any of them work idk. Before when i was paranoid with botting i would bot thru day and in the evening few time a week i would just log my acc from different country using proxy for short amount of time and like tried to change pass or smth and next day if i get banned i would appeal that someone was on my account but i am not bothered with the account so i don't do it anymore
Edit: it worked once but dunno if the reason was this method or something else as my 72hrs ban was removed and i was instantly able to log.

Id say, use your own IP adress whenever you raid, do LFR (some nights only) and then use VPN rest of the time of botting, other days.

12 hours post ban, and I still didnt get an e-mail about what happened, I'm worried. I remember being banned for spamming once (3 hours) and they have sent me a mail asap.

My other idea would be to start using cell phone 3G internet (I have a big cap per month) when I'm botting, so its easy to set up

24 H post ban and no e-mail, maybe it has something to do with patch day ? ... Anyways, I wont be botting since the update isnt up anyways !

I really wonder how much time this will take, so they send me an e-mail, unless the wait time is normal, but it doesnt make sense.

Ifnally I've got my e-mail this morning AFTER the account got re-opened :

Greetings,

Thank you for contacting us concerning the recent action taken against the World of Warcraft account *****. After a thorough review of the circumstances involved in this action, the account has been reopened and access restored.

Please take a few moments to look over the World of Warcraft Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use), as we take matters involving the integrity of the game environment very seriously. Please understand that should another incident of this nature arise in the future, it is possible that a different outcome will be reached, up to and including Account Closure.

The Terms of Use state that you will not "...modify or cause to be modified any files that are a part of the Game Client or the Service in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard" or "...use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the World of Warcraft experience..." Additionally, the Battle.net Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Battle.net Terms of Use) state that "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you."

Thank you for your continued correspondence in regards to your account and for respecting our position.

Regards,

Blizzard Entertainment

That's a final warning right ? Before a perma ban ?
