Banned No email - and reopened with my ticket

Hi guys this is my ticket i send today - and after that they restore my account

Hi i want to login but i cant .. In my login screen says im banned and i must visit www.worldofwarcraft.com/misc/banned.html. but this page dont exist. And i dont recive email from blizzard. and i dont know why i was banned because i agreed with eula and o dont brake any rules.. I only use gathererer addon and titan panel and mail viewer.. Yesterday i was flying in uldum and gatherer my whiptail and i disconnect manually before 20.00 and today i cant connect.. Please send me email why im banned and am i banned with reason... Thank you very much #1

Nd now i was scanned computer i see lots of red warnings. i was scanned with Avg and now i think that my account was compromised... (1 hour ago) #2

Additionally, the Battle.net Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:Battle.net Terms of Use) state that "You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Login Information, and you will be responsible for all uses of the Login Information, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you."
