Banned need advice :(

Hello, below is the message I received from Blizzard. I was on-line when the ban happened and managed to get a ticket in on Battle.net before they sent the email to my email address. What would be the best way of attempting to appeal this ban ? This is the first perma ban I have ever received but i have had a 72 hour suspension before this ban for the exact same reason.

1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? Both

2)If so, when was the last time?: Around 30 minutes ago

3)What profile were you using?: I made my own Twilight highlands farming route.

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: Singular on all

5)What plugins are you using?: None at the time but i have used Mrhonorcap on it.

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: I hardly botted but when i did it was over night when i was asleep so the bot would run for 10 Hour increments and i would only do that once or maybe twice a week

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? Most of the time i was awake it would be just on the other screen around 40%

7)How many auctions per day did you have?: Alot but i played the AH all the time and had the account for 5-6 years and i always have around 300-800 Auctions on the AH at peak times

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? NO

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? NO

10)EU or US realm? EU

Just received a reply to a ticket i placed as soon as i got banned and they replied

Following a review of your case, I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate. Our decision in this matter stands, and will not be overturned.

Please note, it is our policy never to reveal details regarding account investigations, beyond the information given in the original notice mail, for privacy and security reasons.

This happened to me as well. But on US realms. I tried the "IDK why i got banned i wasn't selling gold nor botting" about 7 times. I never tried the i was keylogged or anything like that. Maybe if you were using proxy you could use that excuse in a few days? Say you just got back from a trip? But that really only works if you've logged in elsewhere from different IP's or use proxy.

At this point it is almost 99% sure gone. Once they conclude that they are sure of themselves on the ban. It's extremely hard to get back.

Best bet now say you were hacked.. But send the ticket in in about a week or so. And be like wow wth i just came back and now my account is gone. Good luck

Ah thanks for the advice anyway I've had heard of people on here getting accounts unbanned that have 6+ Permanent bans on that account for economy exploit and Botting. Hopefully i will get it back *Crosses Fingers*

Yeah but that usually only works on the first ticket. they will say "our mistake blah blah" and unban it. But when they say we've concluded that the actions in fact were botting. It's very hard.

Guess it's my fault if i don't get it back then if that is a real issue .
