Banned last night 1/5 accounts..not sure why though?

This was my main account..never botted unsupervised and only botted ore 2-3 days a week maybe 50 stacks of ore at a time..sent mostly all the ore to an alt on another account..i did do some dailies on this account but always supervised..i got the email last night at 10:53pm but the account had not been online for at least 24hrs..really confused on this..what are my chances on an appeal?

what kind of ban was it abusing the economy? if so chances are REALLY high you will get unbanned

I got banned last night as well... Reason stated is: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

Had zero previous infractions/warnings. Used Gatherbuddy for about 4hrs to collect Ghost Iron ore. This weekend was the first time I ever ran gatherbuddy and I got the ban hammer on my main account.

I'm trying to find advice on good methods to get unbanned as it seems like you get 1 shot at the appeal and that's it

Odds are they will not overturn ban. If its a long standing paid account odds go up dramatically, but its ALWAYS a terrible idea to send raw mats to another account. Browse forums for successful unban appeals and craft a very specific, well written appeal. Thats your best bet.
