Banned in dungeon buddy

I had it on for the last 2 days straight, i know that is stupid but oh well i wanted a 3rd 90.

I have not been told how long i have been banned for and it just says when i log in "Temporally Suspended".

does anyone know how long this could be and should i call Blizzard or not? And what should i say?

EDIT I have been banned for 72 hours and a final warning has been given.
