Banned - help?

I just got an email saying my account was closed due to:Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy. I was to lazy to pay for another month on my bot account so I just quickly set the bot up on my main account. I'm the guildmaster of a respected level 25 raiding guild. I see people saying they just appealed and got their account back, how do I do that?

go to battle.net( log in ) look top right corner, should be a tab called Support. you should be able to figure out the rest

This is my first time trying to appeal. I dont want to mess it up. I really want this account back. What do i have to include when i send a ticket? and besides im confused at what i got banned for. Botting? Thats what i was doing atm when i got banned.

just say this ... what i always say and its worked 9/10 times.. " i was just playing and i got logged off? i tried to log back on and it says my account is suspended?
