Banned from Pokemon Go..?

I've allowed the bot to run all night, but once I tried to log in on my phone this morning, it kept kicking me, now whenever I try to log on, it gives me the "Our servers are humbled" screen, stating that it's too busy for me to log in, while everyone around me is playing the game.

Anyone have any idea what this is, I can't log in on other emails either.

You probably simply can't login and/or are having unstable servers in your area. People keep assuming this means banned, and not that the servers still suck. Try again in a bit.

I HIGHLY doubt you are banned as im sure you would get a notification stating so, you should know the servers arent exactly amazing just give it a little time and try again in abit or later on

I really hope you're right, the server issue sucks though, all of my friends are playing. :l

Happens to everyone when i go out on the night with my friends theres always some sort of issue as to either i cant log in or he cant or some other crap only thing can do is just wait and keep checking the server status websites

I tried checking which update i'm on, but it won't show anywhere, I reinstalled the app twice through the google app thing, nothing, seems i'm not the only person with this problem, but google isn't much help.

I just installed v0.33.0 and I can't log in on my emulated Android OS due to "Our servers are humbled by your response.." Ironically, Pokefarmer has no problem logging in at the same location and on the same PTC account. It almost makes me suspicious that this was done on purpose to detect unofficial app usage but that's not very likely...

i faced this problem just now , i tried stop my bot and login in my phone repeatedly until it worked , dont worry it's not banned

I found my problem, Pokemon Go doesn't seem to work on Android version 4.4.x, seems i'll have to update my phone somehow.

I do have still (again because Android 5 did not work correct )Android 4.4.4 on my Nexus 4 and my Pokemong Go still works you need a Phone who has 2 GB RAM or better!
