3)If so, when was the last time?: 30 minutes ago

4)What profile were you using?: Isle of giants farming

5)What combat class were you using? Paws Druid

6)What plugins are you using?: Auto decline

7)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 4 hours ish depends on the day

8)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 30% I use teamviewer to check up on it

9)How many auctions per day did you have?: Every 3-4 days I would make 50-150 auctions but thats because I get alot of items from mobs and I make stacks of 20

10)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? No

11)Was your account involved in gold selling? No

12)EU or US realm? EU

13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Pais, Battlechest 4 years ago and now I just purchased my second month 4 days ago

I have just had a live chat with blizzard...and I have told them I had found recent trojans and RATS on my laptop...they came back with this:

The game client may monitor your computer's RAM and/or CPU processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with the game.

THE GM ALSO told me that if I send in more tickets or live chats that they might get closed without an answer, but in the forums it clearly send a link to this page: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/how-to-appeal so you must be allowed to send in more than one. The GM told me nothing can be done about it which is clearly NOT true!
Here is the info:
"This account action has already been thoroughly reviewed and will not be investigated again. Further tickets concerning this issue may be closed without a response."

I am currently trying to figure out a way to avoid this kind of detection so hold onto your asses!
