Good morning my dear friend CAcove,

so i asked several questions myself on discord - not a single answer (you being available). Other people ask stuff whether in presales or somewhere else - i help them out(you being available).

Than a guy comes arround posting his 3rd party pogo+ and i tell him (+ explain!) why his acc is RIP and out of a sudden you read an ban me. Are you fucking serious?

@DaSoul you are correct I issued you a soft ban, this was after multiple days of warning people that discussion of 3rd party bots was not permitted. Also you self admittedly discussed bans as "RIP" in general which is against the rules on the discord chat as is made available for everyone to see. The soft ban simply wipes what you said, and then allows you to rejoin with another link. I'm sorry you feel that a soft ban for breaking the rules was unfair, but the rules are the rules my friend. Coming onto here and swearing at staff and volunteers does not get you what you want. Follow the discord chat rules and return with the discord link. If you break those rules you will be removed again, its not targeting you out, its not being unfair, its a very fair and simple aspect of doing our jobs in discord. And I do not understand how away or DND is in your eyes "available" but I am sorry you felt targeted once again. You are welcome to return when you are ready to follow all of the forum rules and requests. I hope to see you on there again and hope you continue to be a positive, rule abiding member of Discord.
 
Well if you warn others multiple time and than ban me instantly, how is this treating people equally?
Either give everyone a warning and ban after warning no. x or don't! But this arbitrariness is not acceptable.

DaSoul actions against users are nothing we will discuss. There are rules you have to follow and if you don't a mod will take actions. Some more strict (like me for example) as others.
There is "no right" to use the discord and its no official Bossland Support channel but we make sure that people follow our rules there too.
Is is "arbitrariness"? We try to be fair to everyone but we are all human and sometimes there is no time for warning A, B and C.
Especially from old members of the community we expect to know the rules and follow them.
Sometimes people do what they want on discord and never get a mods attention. In this case you got it :-)
Please follow CAcove's advice and everything will be ok.
 
Rules apply equally to EVERYONE, everything else is mood driven.

The mod sets the rules meaning beside the written rules every mod can decide if other actions need to be taken or not.
If a mod wants to ban you from discord because today its Monday he can do so. Fair? NO. Mood driven? Maybe! Should it happen? NO!
And NO rules do not apply to everyone but to most of us ^^

In my company i would get fired for treating customers differently. That's why you have and set rules, to clearly define procedures. If people give a fuck about it, or bend them as they like, you can remove them.
Some people set theirselves high standards, others don't.

We are not in your company ^^
There are rules. If you feel people do not follow them, report it to a mod.
We take actions only if we get notice of things. We can't be everywhere.
You did something wrong and a mod took action. There is nothing in the rules that he needs to warn you first.
Would have been better but it is like it is. I am sorry if you don't like it or disagree how we handle it here.
 
I would also like to point out that multiple warnings were indeed put out for everyone to see and addressed to everyone. Since then, DaSoul has been invited back, explained that it was a softban to wipe what was discussed, and this issue should have been resolved by now. I fail to understand why this is still an ongoing issue that requires any further response. As such, this post is being closed.
