you get 2-3 appeal chances until they said the matter is closed and any future ticket appeals will be closed and they wont respond

I got the same email saying issue closed. I turned in another ticket, got them to call me back, and got it reduced to a 72hr ban. Keep trying until you get to talk to someone, then go for sob story.
