Banned for hacks - APPEALED

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
-Any where from 4 to 5 hours a day only 4 or 5 days a week

6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?
-75%, actually tried my first 100% afk run last night for 3 hours while asleep

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
-None on this account, have a different account for private buyers and very few auctions

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
-No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
-No

10)EU or US realm?
-US

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
-Paid



Like I said, I actually tried my 100% afk run last night for 3 hours woke up this morning and had my first mini heart attack when it said account was banned. Checked HB log and everything went smooth, no hiccups. Received the email a couple hours after my account had logged out. I wrote up a quick email explaining I never hacked, ect, and didn't know addons were hacks. They answered my ticket a couple hours later and reopened my account .

Not gonna copy paste what I said but basically boiled down to me saying a family member recommended an addon and that I didn't know that was hacking so I removed it.
