Yeah tell blizz you never sold Gold, and that the issue taken against your account is Bullshit.

did you use some method to mask your real ip adress (the 2 words that are used for this are kinda filtered by this forum)

i did read on here several times that ips from these "services" get banned and auto flagged and people have somehow gotten accounts back i am unsure though about how they did it maybe by admitting that they used something to mask/alter the ip or by saying they were hacked i dont know for sure.

Well in fact, I got banned today, but I moved to another place 3 days ago -> this means I have a completely new IP right now. Can I make use of this?

maybe yes maybe no.

i honestly cant tell you that since i never had to deal with this particular thing.

you can try however to write a ticket and explain that you dont sell gold and hint at the fact that you moved and if the change of place could have something to do with it.


also i would recommend you edit your first post and fill out the ban report form so people have more information what you did and what could be the cause(not 100% but some things are likely to get you banned than others)

this bans for gold selling should be a warden bugs i thing. it happened to many many people who never sold any golds!
