Banned for Exploitation..?

Received the email saying that my account was closed due to the exchange of Gold or In Game Items for real world money. When I called customer service to appeal the decision they told me I had been banned for Botting.. any suggestions of what I can do or am I just fucked?

nothing but questing.. i always made sure to use the proper bot base but.. Blizzard says that they have proof in the game files that i have been botting

it happens you just got unlucky its the risk all botters have you could try calling them and begging and saying you messed up and how sorry you are and it will never happen again then just play legit for a bit or just buy a new account sorry for ur loss though
