Banned for botting in pvp

So I have been banned for 3 hours, I also got this message:
Account Name: WOW1
Type of Violation: PvP Arena/Battleground Exploitation
Details of Incident: Exploitation of PvP Battlegrounds and the honor system
Consequences for Account: Account suspended for 3 hours

I got the exact same email, only US. I had it coming though, so I'll wait.

Everyone has been getting these as of late. The bot was not detected, someone either reported you of cheating and Blizz could not find anything or you were reported as AFK. Simple as that, now wait 3 hours and start botting again.

You sure about its safe to go back to botting right away?

No it is not safe to bg bot at all. I got a 3 hr ban last weekend. I decided to level in bgs for 3 hours while watchign a movie on thursday. Now I have a 72 hour ban. The next offense is either a closure or final warning for me. They are *****ing down on BG bots. My other Gathering accounts are perfectly fine.

I bot every day for the last month in bg's twice a day, in the morning at 5am, and at night 11pm, both go until max honor or 4 hours +(some random 20-30 min) This also includes me mostly being on my account in the middle of the day doing what ever including gatherbuddy.
