Banned for 72h on my main

I just got banned for 72h on my main. I used to bot with shadowbot in the past a lot. I would activate the bot overnight or fish for 3 days straight. I have been using Honorbuddy for about a week and I have been supervising the bot for about 95% of the time while watching television or browsing the internet. I used brodiemans profile to do the Loremaster achievement and I used gatherbuddy a bit. I also used some singular combat routine for raids. I kept my eye on the bot very closely. I got banned and tried to appeal but I was told that the matter was investiaged 3 times and that they would stick with the ban. I learned my lession now. Banning on my main is out of the question as if I get caught the next time I will get a permanent ban. For all of you you think that they wont get you: They will. Maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow but eventually you will get a ban.

same problem using Hb since start of the week and became a 72h ban 50min ago. Well i ran the bot evry night but switched from ore farming to rep farming to lvling allways with another toon. Didnt help much i played the rest of the day so i was mostly 24h online.
So i guess cuz my account exsists since classic they wont perma ban it so fast. But still i wont using it for a while now and after that Maybe once a week. Too risky. Didnt guess it happens so fast cuz a lot of ppl here botting over years and nothing happend. Cant help it with what went wrong if it helps playing on eu server.

Guys anytime an account is logged in for that length of time it's likely to get at least flagged and investigated. I doubt it has anything to do with Honorbuddy.

Why isn't this a sticky quote in the forums? I bot on my main and have been doing so for almost a year. But I know that the ban is lurking around the corner, It might not happen today or tomorrow but sure as hell it will happen one day and I'll probably regret it. At the end of the day, it's just a goddamn game so why should I care lol.

Hey guys,

Just a quick question that i really hope i can get an answer to, i also got banned for 72 hours due to using HB (farming exotic leather). I also used the bot to level up 2 characters from 85-90. Question is: will blizzard relog my account and take my gold that i made from selling the leather i farmed through the bot, and kick the 2 characters back to lvl 85?

Your account is flagged forever, you can still bot on it but be cautious because if you get caught is a perma ban. Better of not botting on that account, get a secondary one.
