I was watching my bot when the ban happened, came just like a DC. I'd just turned on the bot about 5 mins ago and it was grinding in twilight.

Talked to a rep on the phone, she was pretty nice - told me i'd been hacked and I would have to send in photo ID and make a new battlenet account. Will they be watching my account for suspicious activity after I have my new account? Not sure if i should bot on it anymore or not.

Meh. You prob got reported for using a public profile (Since that is what about 90% of the bans come from). Just make your own using Mapgen or notepad and HB. Don't put 100+ auctions on the AH every day. Sell to private buyers. Don't sell gold on your main. And never tell people you bot ingame... And your good.
