They banned me even tho i wasn't online on the account and i've only been botting herbs on it. It seems like it's a perma ban but my question is would you appeal it? It's a SoR account attached to my main account and if you would what would you say?

u dont have to be online to get banned

if someone reports you, they ban you when they get to it, online or not.

That doesn't sound right.. They would have to "Investigate" it first and that can be hard if the player isn't even online >.>

Were you selling gold and/or moving HUGE amounts of items/gold from one character to another? Sounds like one of these two things may have flagged your account.

They don't have to see you botting, just have to check logs.

Everything you do, everything you write in chat, EVERYTHING is in the logs. They just need reports or weird activity to pinpoint part of the logs they need to check.

Do you not understand that games, especially games like wow, have logs of EVERYTHING you do, even everything you type, click etc... They know everything you do in game to the T. The reason most are safe while botting is because they stay under the radar. By reading the reason you got banned, you werent banned for botting. You were banned for selling gold. Don't try to play it off like you weren't. The email says it all.

To be fair to the original poster i have been banned twice for abuse of the economy,
both times were a mistake as i do not buy or sell gold (Only bot questing)
I appealed both times and both times i was successful.
