Banned but new Bnet account, will I be able to bot again?

So my main account has been banned, but not too bothered because I bought a few extra accounts with full MoP for ?11 each during christmas to fall back on if needs be.

So my question is, will it be safe for me to bot level to 90 on this account and then run gatherbuddy for around 5 hours a week?

Also, if it helps, I can provide with the reply to me trying to appeal to the ban. (they did say I can make another account though)

you will never be "safe" but you should be ok to bot on the new accounts as i have had accounts banned under the same battle.net account as my main which is still active

it's usually all automated, so you'd be as safe as you would be on a fresh bnet account.
