Banned but havent used Bot in 2 weeks

I recieved a 24 hour ban a few weeks back and learned my lesson, didnt touch the bot but apparently i was just banned again for 72hours this go around even thou i havent used any bot or program, i was just leveling legit, went bio came back and was booted by an admin with an email in my inbox =(

Can i contest this? and if so how long does it usually take to get things resolved?

Never appeal. If a GM takes the time to look at your account, you may get a permaban instead.
