Banned - Bot on the other acc? (same Bnet)

So yeah, the topic pretty much says everything, what do you guys think?
Would it be way too risky to bot on the other account which is under the same Bnet acc as my main? Also If my second would get the hammer on it.. I guess there is a chance they would ban my miai acc as well?

If you're creating a new Bnet acc for your fresh acc, do you use fake information?

i never use fake info.

as for the 2nd, unless it was proven that it was exploiting, then it's fine
