some people got answer in 1-3 hours and its over 3 days... eventually i will call but anyone have same situation ? I dont have e-mail where thay said that they will dont reply on any more tickets it was account closure for exploity of economy...

Customer Service for Blizz has been held up since D3 came up. A lot of issues right now. I had a ticket up about an account issue and they simply sent me an email with a link to FAQ when it's obviously not in there.
well for me 2 time suspension and now am sure its detectable the bot now used all plugins and just for 5 hours doing kicks quest like and logged of after 4 hours i try to log i was suspended again so its clear its not economy issue as no gold was even sent or mats to an alt
I have noticed a drop in customer service response times before D3. Due to restructuring, jobs losses etc. D3 has now been released and this is adding to the volume of calls. They will answering it, I still have a ticket outstanding for 4 days.
