banned + answer from Blizzard

Got banned like many people friday, I opened a ticket like it was suggested in the email and I got the answer this morning. As you could imagine the news are bad, the ban is definitive.
I botted for 2 weeks, the daily quest and 100 gold, with breaks, real games between bot sessions etc. I was not greedy, I bought 40 packs and the extension. Still got perma banned, fuck this game and fuck blizzard.

thank you Tony for advice, Blizzard accepted indeed to let me start a new collection. But they would not let me have the extension naxxramas (which I paid with real money and has nothing to do with botting). Well.
