Soo..

Level 74 dung, running my Mage, and a Druid Multiboxing, and all the sudden both accounts got DCd and my Druid gets a Account closed when i try to log in.

Any idea what the hell is up? i wasnt using any sort of bot, or cheat software, just good old grinding 100%.

I havent used a bot on this account since i made it.. Any ideas what happend?

If they try to tag me with a Botting ban, what do i even say to that - as all you already know.. honorbuddy isnt even working.

Boting isnt only thing you can get baned for. Why do you assume you got baned by bot, when you didnt use any?

I bet its abuse economy ban.

I hope..

But i didnt Trade anybody for gold or anything like that =x

Reason i think its a Botting ban is because some employee at blizz has had it out for me since my 3rd acc got banned lol. just have this feeling it would be that. but theres no way since i dont even have it downloaded haha.

Abuse economy isnt only caused by trading gold to someone. They ban you with that excuse when they believe you are going to to - farming in "gold farmers spots", blacklisted IP, plenty of accounts and God know what else

Absolutely Baffled.

How the fuck is this even possible. i wasnt using Honorbuddy at ALL. it doesnt even work. What the hell can i do

Hi there

Your account was permanently suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use:
Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may

a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

If you wish to review our current Rules and Policies, they can be found at:

Possible your account was flagged before the patch hit. You won't be banned right away sometimes.

Yify, wow man you are really having some bad luck, I thought I had it bad with all the recent bans.

Maybe it was a delayed ban and detection was a month or so ago. Like you said though you hadn't used that bot on that account which doesn't make sense.

Imo your IPs are blacklisted and you were targeted/focused, indeed. Try full reset - bnet accounts, IP, Fresh windows, fresh wow installs, dont take anything from the old botfarm, but your botting profiles ofc! Even single account, which was logged from ur old IP could flag you again :<

On these clean leveling accounts - try to phonecall them etc., but even if they got lifted, you will be still flagged and monitored :< and I doubt you can use them anymore for botting, since some Blizzard guy check you form time to time ...

Some ***s don't have fallthrough disconnect protection, so if you disconnect then it connects back and shows your real IP.

Thank you for your continued correspondence. After an additional thorough review of the action taken against this account, we regret to inform you that we have arrived at the same conclusion and the account action will not be removed under any circumstances.

While we understand that you may have concerns regarding the nature or application of the policies related to this account action, we must reiterate that it is the result of a breach of the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players accept before accessing the game environment.

As this issue has been reviewed by multiple representatives, it is now considered closed. Should you have any questions regarding a different account or issue, please feel free to contact us again. However, further inquiries regarding this issue will no longer receive a reply.[/QUOTE)

You can lie to us but you can't lie to them. They scan your Ram. Obviously you have used it on that account.

Come to think of it if you run bots on another accounts on the same computer a Ram scan could easily pick up HB.

Tonycos92 points out the exact key bit of info. If Blizzard were to scan your active memory, they could not determine which account was botting and which was not. Therefore, it's logical that you could be banned for botting on account that has never botted, if the account was run at the same time as one which was botting.

Scanning your RAM outside of the wow process is illegal for blizzard and you could potentially sue them if that is indeed the case for which you got banned. Which i dont think it is

I think Blizzard don't care about you going to court .. Who would want to spend a fortune, just to prove that a game scanned your PC?
Blizzard just paid more than half a million, just to screw HB in Germany. They will suck you dry in court.

You do realize if they do something against the law and you prove it, you can get more than half a million from blizzard. I think thats worth spending a fortune proving they broke the law.
