I sent in my appeal to a ban I received this afternoon. I'm not the original author of this appeal, however, I did clean it up A LOT to make the English better and to fit my specific situation. [WARNING: I did tell the truth, as it was one of my very first times using the bot and most likely won't use it much again. I'm okay with you copying my post and using it, however, I cannot guarantee its success if you're not honest of your actions. My appeal is pasted below:

Dear Blizzard Customer Support,
Today, my WoW account was banned because of using a third-party program. I will come clean and admit to using a program and my Razer Naga macro (not sure if the mouse macro is against ToS, but I don't think so. Just wanted to be honest) to farm for a profession. I'm impressed at how well the system works and caught me, because I had only used it two times haha. And not very long at all.
I know it was wrong to do (I received this software from my friend who no longer plays). I also realize that how stupid I was when I used it because I seriously violated the rules and created bad effects upon other people, not just me. Again, I want to apologize to Blizzard, WoW staff who have worked very hard to provide a well-made game, and all players who were directly or indirectly influenced by my actions. I don't want to say some lie or try to justify what i have done because i know that it was wrong. Therefore, I have told you the truth and my only hope now is that you can reconsider my situation and reduce the penalty from banned permanently to a lesser 24 hour suspension (or something of the sorts. Not too familiar with your sentences) and a last and final warning. I feel so bad for what I have done. I will use it as a learning experience and will never cheat while playing game in the future not only WoW but also others. The chance of my account being reviewed and having the punishment changed is very small, but I hope for forgiveness and will keep hoping more. If my appeal isn't approved and I have to stop playing WoW, I want to say the last thank you to all who create and bring to me the best game and a lot of emotions. I feel so upset and embarrassed to have to appeal in shame, but I for sure learned my lesson. It won't happen again.
