Banned after 3 days of using honorbuddy

- 200-300 depends on sold auctions & prizes

13)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?

The weird thing was that I got this account back after not botting after 1 yr and I just started again a few days ago. I know what warden got a recent update but I figured that I would take the chance just at one account for gathering but I guess that it was just not the right time.

If I do get back into farming on another account, what could I do to help protect the account for getting banned?

There are a few factors which likely led to a ban. First, you farmed for quite awhile, almost always unsupervised... second, you posted hundreds of auctions. There's no way to know if it was gathering that led to it, or the AH listings that did you in.

Also, you had to be using a gathering profile for your toon to gather. If you're using a public one from here on the forums, remember that there are thousands of others doing the same thing.

In the future, try using plugins like Rndbuddy and Avoidplayers. Cut down on gathering time if you're just gathering for personal use. If you're really worried about a ban, it might not be the best time to bot at all.

Are you trying to make people use the bot less to avoid competition?

Yea I just kind of quoted it and put in my stats. It looked like a good template so I just used that.

I'm not trying to get people to use the bot less I just wanted to know what I may have done wrong to get a ban so fast.

90% of bans come from using Gatherbuddy. Not sure if it's because of the amount of auctions a person posts or what, but I stopped using Gatherbuddy last year after I lost a few accounts.
