So today I was questing after some guy reported me for botting because I didnt answer him, the second time he said in general chat that I was a bot and this time I whispered him, obviously he didnt expect it but he said click to move looks like a bot ofcourse defending myself I said "Using a in game function is in no form or way botting" and he said "it still doesnt explain why you didnt aswer me the first time" I told him that my chat windows were in different tabs and I didnt see his, but he kept on going soon he said what do you have like a alarn everytime someone messages you? this was very strange because theres a actual addon for that im thinking this guy has botted before, anyway apparently this guy reported me so I quickly spoke to my friends about it and they said I would be fine.
I did not know that today my wow time ended and after it did I received this email from Blizzard:

Account Action: Suspension (72 Hours)
Offense: Unapproved Third Party Software
A third party program is any file or program that is not a part of the World of Warcraft software, but is used to gain an advantage in the game, such as increasing your movement speed or teleporting from one place to another beyond what is allowed by game design. It also includes any programs that obtain information from the game that is not normally available to the regular player or that transmit or modify any of the game files. Normally, this classification does not include UI modifications, except those UIs that require an external application to function. Any external applications that are used in conjunction with World of Warcraft can cause quite a few unwanted side effects. Some of the major possible results of the use of third party programs can be instability of the game to the point that a player "crashes" from the game quite often. External programs can also be used to transmit viruses, spyware, and other unwanted programs into a player's computer. Third party programs can also be used to obtain information from the player's computer, such as account, password, and personal information.

Whats that about? I wasnt using any hacks or anything? I was using Honorbuddy and im pretty sure last as I know Honorbuddy is called something else, not "Unknown Third Party Software" I have got this same email before because i was speedhacking some years ago.
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:10-15 give or take
6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot?80%
7)How many auctions per day did you have?:250
8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?no
9)Was your account involved in gold selling?no
