Banned Account vs Account-wide items

So I was hit by the banwave.

If I create a new WoW account under the same Battle.net account are the titles, heirlooms, mounts, pets, etc spread to the new account or do I have to start from scratch anyway?

id like to also add that i just recently bought a spectral tiger but i did not use the bot to earn me any gold to buy it i.e just played the ah house.

all Account Wide items/achievements will count regardless of a ban.

Just cretae a wow 2 account and you will be fine, you will get all except for that precious challenge mode mogs, thats gone with your main.
