Banned account/license. .. will i still have access to heirlooms?

So my main account got suspended/banned for 6 months. In the battle.net account, there is only one license (the banned one). Will i have access to the heirlooms from that account if i but a new game/license in the same battle.net account?

Yes. Fired up one of my old accounts. Heirlooms, mounts, achievements, etc. Anything that is bound to battle.net account still shows up.

Don't you still need to mail your alts the heirlooms to have access to them?

Nope, you can create them out of a heirloom interface introduced a few month ago

Im pretty new to the game, but you didnt have to mail anything since the Heirloom Tab was introduced
