Okay so i appealed once and it got declined, is it okay appealing a second time or am i risking something then?

Dont appeal unless its a perma. And if youre going to bot bgs, do yourself a favor and get the Ultimate PvP suite plugin and watch your toon. The bg bot looks like, well, a bot so its not suprising if you got reported by someone.
