Hey i just got banned for 6 month

Any good advice what to write to blizzard? to maybe get my account unlocked? like i asked my little brother why i got banned and he told me he have been using a program to lvl for me?
or my account got hacked?

First off, don't tell them you account-shared. The only acceptable instance of account-sharing is a parent letting a single minor on their account (that's actually allowed)

If you claim you were hacked you had better have some odd activity on the account to back it up, as well as login attempts from an IP not in the same range as the one that normally connects.

And if you do claim you were hacked and get it back, don't ever claim you were hacked again and also don't ever bot. I assume they're skipping most warnings and going to 1 warning away from account closure.
