Call and demand to speak with supervisor, and then demand to speak with administrator. You can do it with enough willpower, dedication and effort.

Yeah, but what do you say to them when they got solid proof of you botting?

I did 3 email appeals and the very top GM still upheld the ban saying that they have enough evidence.
