Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Abuse of the Economy ( they saying that i were TRADING GOLD TO REAL MONEY which is not true )
Btw one of them are my main acc, Hardcore raider etc.. done a lot in this acc.

Hey buddyforum.. i got banned today with 3 accounts in the same time.
I really dont know why, i botted like 10-15 hours a day.. sometimes 5 or less.
I was farming in uldum Mining and Herb.
I never traded gold to anyone, i have been botting since 2010. but for a month ago i started to play wow to farm gold to MoP
And And! Sometimes i was doing Transmog run and doing BG with friends etc, so i was active in anything else than Botting


I had a friend, i were sending the mats to him Via CoD. so there are no problem, I made a character level 1 to carry the
gold and sold the items on AH and CoD..

2)Last time used: 30 min

3)Profile: Default on forum. King uldum etc. ( used them now for many months)

4)CC: Singular

5)Plugins: noone

6)Hours per day boting: 10-15 hours.. sometimes less than 5..

6.5)Percentage of time supervised: In daily i always watch my PC.. so 80% ( i am watching movies while botting or on Facebook.)

7)Auctions per day: 150-300

8)Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods: No

9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No, never sold gold

10)EU or US realm? EU

Now guys, I need your help.. How can i write to Blizzard?(what is their email) or what is their phone number?
Any GOOD ideas to tell them what i was doing? give me some ideas/suggestion. i want my acc unbanned and play in MoP.. Just spit ALL your ideas!
Maybe a genius story to tell blizz?

Hey Kabomi,
I found that sending more thant 100 stacks per day COD triggers an automated ban. I'm not sure about the exact number, but somewhere between 100 and 200 is the limit... i mean, no human being can farm 200 stacks per day EVERY DAY. I was banned for sending 200... When I send 100, nothing happens... (even though 100 stacks per day is still a very high amount)
Other than that, appeal the ban. I was banned a while ago, appealed, and got my account back. Just log in to battle net, go to the support area, open a ticket choosing "appeal a decision" as the reason.
There are some clever things you can say...

Sounds as if you got done for the amount of auctions more than anything, or their total value. I recall when I completely legit shuffled enormous amounts of ore in WOTLK (bought it from people who I am certain botted), and I listed many hundred auctions a day and never got banned.. so it cannot be entirely automatic.

However, way to most likely get it changed to a time limited ban (or unbanned) is to basically argue along the lines "What on earth man, I got banned for selling or buying gold? I know I was not poor but that was all earned from selling items on the AH just like anyone else, and I certainly never traded gold for real world money! What's going on?" etc. Is that not how you SHOULD react, as an innocent player accused of something you've never done?

This is most deffo not true. I did send 1500 stacks a week for months and several 100's of mails every week for months from banker to

prospecter to jewelcrafter to enchanter and then all back to banker.

Never any problems. Even tho i bought it all out of the ah, it should not matter in your case cause you say mailing triggers an automated ban.

Been banned once, and im sure that was due to a report.

And to handle the on topic blizz ban:

Hi i am 12, wut is this

i like to login to my account and slay horde

now i see i am banned? Did i kill to many hordes?

Plz unban me, so i can kill more horde, if you dont mind me killing them that is ofcourse.

Otherwise i will go slaughter chickens in westfall while drinking some Higland spirit.

Questions:

1) Were all three accounts banned for the exact same thing?
2) Were all three accounts taken out with the same name or do they share a battlenet account?
3) Were all three accounts often online at the same time?
4) Have you ever talked to your friends/guild about your botting using in game chat?
5) were you using public profiles to farm or your own private profiles?

When it comes to trading mats to friends, honestly, use the guild bank method and avoid using the mail system as much as you possibly can. Mail is easier for a gm to track I am sure than guild trades. I have never received a ban or suspension for trading via guild but the one time I send gold between toons on two different accounts (I was in a hurry) I got hit with the abuse of the economy crap. Also, make sure to use your own private farming profiles rather than the ones in the forum. As nice as they are you are going to find another person or three who are also using them and eventually someone is going to report you as a farmer (if only to try to get more themselves) and it will get reviewed. This is what it is sounding like to me...you were using a public profile in Uldum (the most over farmed zone there is) and someone else using the same profile reported you as a bot. It was reviewed and your other accounts (probably linked by the same ip address/username or battlenet account) were flagged as guilty by association. They hit you with the abuse of the economy because of all the trading and auctions because they can’t prove you were botting but if you press to hard that is the email you will soon receive.

MY advice, send in a ticket on your main account only for now, say that you received an email that you were selling gold for real money and that nothing could be further from the truth. You have never sold gold or bought gold and have never even though about doing so and the one thing in the game you truly detest is gold spammers mucking up trade chat. You buy and sell mats with friends and guildies often enough so you can all make things to sell and earn gold but that is the purpose of having professions in the game. You are worried that you tripped some sort of automatic tracking system in the game and that this is the cause of the problem. You have been playing Warcraft for years and have never ever had any problem like this. Can they please help you get your game up and running again because the claim that you were selling gold is foolish and you are really worried about your game.

Do not mention the word bot and do not apologise for anything. You are telling them that you are a long time player, that you have never bought gold or sold gold (which is what the email claims) and that you think the games automatic security system prompted the account to be closed (this gives them an out, they can blame the system and be all gracious that they were able to restore your account so quickly). This has worked for me in the past...then again sometimes it does not work. Everything depends on the human GM that works your case and exactly how much you have abused the system or huw much of it they can track. If you sound like a newbie who only know how to turn on his 'puter and play games they will probably just restore you with a standard warning letter about being cautious in the future. If the GM thinks you are trying to play the system they will dig deep enough to say that they are sticking with the ban on your account and that will be it.

Do this first to try to recover your main account as that appears to be your main focus. If it works then try to work on getting your other farming accounts back as well. You may get them all back or none back, it is all chance based on the person who processes your ticket. Good luck!

The 3 different accounts.. one of them was mine, and the 2 others are my IRL friends account.. they play normal, and when they go offline i bot overnight or something.. they dont play as much as me, they only Raid LFR etc or pug.. But, It might be the Report, because a guy i sell to he noticed that i get him the ores very fast, and it might be him or something.. you never know.. i shouldnt communicate with the people i sell to. they all using same profile. sometimes i used other route profile ( 3 differets profiles ) and yes it NOT private.. and i dont know how to make a profile, so i just downloaded it.. but I will say because people are knowing me for sell many ores and gets them fast..

for 2 days ago, there was a guy he used same profile as me, i whispered him from my farming character and i said be carryfull with botting etc, and he was chocked that i whispered him, and i said its fine, just get low profile and he says yeah thanks etc.. but i dont know if its him or not.. I didnt pmed him word " bot " or something.. i just said in the other words.. like " i know you are using it, just be carryful " but, yeah .. lets see what GM answers

It is just automated script because COD-ing. I was same problem. When you COD a lot of materials you just pull script. But when you inspect your account they gona find that you botting and probably get 72 susppension.

i perfectly agree with webhond, im posting over 300 auctions a day and cod'ing over 400 stacks of materials. I have not gotten a single ban. You can se ppl at the ah posting 2-3000 auctions a day. (im on a very populated server). Just because your unlucky does not mean that blizz got a script running over the mailbox and ah.

lies? ive been sending over 500 stacks cod everyday for over 2 months now.
