Its mostly not players related, its the serverside scripts going on nowadays.
Either reduce the PPing uptime to less than 10hours daily and fill the online time with randomized activities, or buy new accounts :/

What do you mean by serverside scripts ? (my english is bad) I would appreciate if you can tell me that otherwise please ? ^^

I don't think it's anything server side. There is a guy on my main realm who has been doing so in sra'vess for over 3 months now - 24x7 - without being banned.
