2 of my accounts got banned. I knew there was a chance of this happening considering the last maintenance they had and of course the warning that was given to us here in the forums, but I figured I would try my luck anyways. I decided that I would ONLY bot with 2 of the 3 accounts I had and only those two got banned within seconds of each other. The third account which I decided to hold off on was left untouched, at least for now. I decided to dispute in hopes to drop it to a 72, so I will update this thread as I get more information. Those accounts have only ever been used for gathering using randombuddy ONLY for quite a long time now.

UPDATE: I was able to reduce both the accounts to a 72hr ban.

I was also hit with the ban hammer after nearly a year of running these bots well a year for 1 and 6 months for the other both got hit today

4 hours in the morning then a break and 4 more in the evening.

I work and my wife runs the bots Normally sitting by the comp but does walk away here and there so 90%

None on the botted account

yea I didn't bot on an account i care about just glad i got to go so long with them. Time to wait it out till the awesome HB team figures it out, then i'll be back at it

Seems a ton of people are getting insta permabans. No more 72s and they then have to beg and plead it down to just 3 days. I'm surprised Blizz doesn't go with 3-6 months and then a perma. Perma is a huge step up from just 3 days. Watch yourselves guys. Perma is a looong time.

Update* I was able to downgrade to a 72h ban from a perma ban, so that is good news.

*Update* I was able to get my account back. They said it was a false positive and reinstated my account instantly.
